Bisley Bouncy Castles was established in 1997. We are a family run business with over 12 years of experience of running an inflatable hire business. Our range of equipment is extensive enabling us to be able to offer a wide range and variation to meet every need.
All our equipment is carefully chosen from one of the UK's leading manufacturers and is selected for several key points: Safety - All units built to industry regulated safety specification. Design - Great importance is placed on the equipment being eye-catching, stimulating and created to give hours of fun. Imagination - With every unit having it's own Bisley name and character, there is something to suit everyone. Our electrical equipment is regularly tested and we provide safety mats for all units that require them.
Our aim is to keep all equipment clean, tidy and well presented and therefore would appreciate that all hirings are carried out in a responsible way to maintain these high standards. We have public liability insurance and when you book an item with us we will send out a booking form/conditions of hire with all the details of your event together with the do's and don'ts for the type of item that you hire.
We have hundreds of satisfied customers spanning the many years we have been running ranging from a child's party, corporate events through to extensive hiring with bigger organisations. We have customers that return to us year after year. We are confident that we can supply you with the inflatable of your choice so why not give us a try?
We do not like to be strict about rules - however, being a responsible party organiser means some simple rules and guidelines have to be followed. Please read the below general guidelines. We will provide you with written conditions of hire specific to the type of inflatable that you have booked with us prior to delivery. These must be read and a signed copy handed to us before we leave you with the inflatable. We will also run through the key points of safety before we leave.
Please ensure that you can fit the equipment you have booked in your garden with at least 4' free space all the way around the inflatable for staking and for safety reasons.
Equipment to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children should NEVER be left unattended on an inflatable.
All persons should remove footwear prior to use.
No glass items near inflatable.
No food or drinks shall be allowed on equipment.
No persons over the recommended age and height should be allowed on equipment.
No one allowed to participate whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Some of the equipment is large and heavy. Please make sure you have adequate access from where we can drive our vehicle to the site where you want the inflatable to be put. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have difficult access or steps. We require paths to be clear and at least 3' wide. We are often working to a tight delivery schedule and do not want to be late for the next person.
Once we have set up the equipment, it MUST NOT be moved for safety reasons.
Please do not use "silly string" near the equipment as it burns the equipment and causes permanent damage.
Please be careful with face paints. They can cause permanent marks. Please remove any face paint marks (or other) as soon as possible. A good cleaner is Dettox anti-bacterial spray.
We aim to deliver the equipment to you in a clean coondition. Please ensure that it is clean when we arrive to collect. If a castle is wet, muddy or otherwise damaged a charge may apply. A good cleaner is Dettox anti-bacterial spray.
Please note that manufacturers guidelines for use of the blower state that they are hazardous to use in heavy rain.
